A. On September 5, 2005, the Plaintiff (the name before the change was made was without distinguishing the name before and after the change in the name from the Incheon Metropolitan City Urban Development Corporation or the hereinafter below), Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education (the “Defendant Office of Education” in the case of Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education, the “ Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education” in the case of Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education), the Defendant Office of Education changed its name to the Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education on the 6th of November 2, 200 to the Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education on the 7th of November 2, 2009, the Incheon City Office of Education on the 0th of November 2, 2009, and the Incheon City Office of Education on the 20th of November 2, 2009, which included the 6th of Incheon City Office of Education on the 7th of Incheon City Office of Education on the 7th of Education on the 0th of the 2nd of the 6th of the 6th of the 2nd of the Incheon City Office of Education on the land.
