2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

On December 2011, the Defendant entered the E located in Yangsan City, and worked as the Deputy Director of the Quality Control Team from November 2013, the Defendant requested a public institution to conduct the test and analysis on the hacket installed in the K7 shooting direction unit that supplies Samsung C&C Co., Ltd., a major trading company, and submitted the test results from the public institution to Samsung C&C Co., Ltd.

Around April 2012, the Defendant forged a private document in the name of the Korea Chemical Testing Research Institute (TAC-00705) and forged a total of seven copies of the test report in the name of the Korea Chemical Testing Research Institute (TAC-00705), which is a private document concerning the certification of facts, in the following manner: (a) a copy of the test report (TAC-00705) which was previously kept in custody (TAC-1) in a knife; and (b) a copy was attached to the above test report’s receipt date, the date of the test, and the date of issuance (07 years).

2. Obstruction of events and duties of the relevant investigation documents;

A. In May 2012, the Defendant related to the supply of the 12 foot for mass production in the above E quality control team office did not undergo a quality inspection at a public institution, despite the fact at the office of the above E quality control team office, in order to supply the above 12 foot for mass production in 2012, the Defendant undergoes a quality inspection from the victim company to supply the above 12 foot for mass production installed at K77 shooting direction vehicles to the victim Samsung Samsung C&C Co., Ltd., and submitted seven copies of the forged test results to exercise the forged test results and interfere with the victim’s quality inspection work by fraudulent means.

B. In March 2013, the Defendant related to the 8 Yangsan supply of 2013, the fact at the above E quality management team office did not undergo a quality inspection on an officially recognized institution.
