However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On August 2012, the Defendant, who was notified of enlistment as public duty personnel on the part of the Defendant, was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least one year and six months, with the knowledge of the fact that military service exemption was granted, and had the Defendant take the same external appearance in which the Defendant had invaded on a stolen building, and filed 112 reports on the fact that the Defendant invaded on a stolen building around the building, thereby having the Defendant arrested and detained him as a thief and received a trial.

2. On November 6, 2012, at around 01:00 on November 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the property damage and intrusion; and (b) destroyed the front end of the church to the entrance of the building in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (c) destroyed two copies of the entrance door (a 1m, 2m in length; 2m in length) installed adjacent to the entrance (2m in length; 2m in length) of the entrance of the building; and (a) destroyed two copies of the glass door (2m in length; 2m in length) installed adjacent to the entrance.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the building managed by others, and damaged the total amount of 1,612,80 won of the entrance, glass, and fire 20 market prices, which are favorable to strengthening the ownership of the above church.

3. On November 10, 2012, the Defendant committed the same crime as indicated in the preceding paragraph, but was not detained, and released without being detained. On November 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said “E church” in the same manner as indicated in the preceding paragraph; and (b) broken down the amount of KRW 336,00,00 at the glass window owned by the said church with the wall located at the entrance of the building with the wall located at the entrance of the sex line (2m, 2m, 336,00 won at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant intruded on the structure managed by others, and damaged the property owned by the above church.
