1. The Defendants are the respective Defendants’ shares indicated in the separate sheet of inheritance shares in the attached Form 341 square meters prior to K in Jeju-si.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff’s side L, which indicated the claim, occupied the land indicated in the Disposition No. 1 from June 30, 1979 to twenty (20) years. As such, Defendant 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 filed a claim against the Defendants, the heir of the deceased M, who was the owner of the above land, for the implementation of the procedure for ownership transfer registration on the ground of the completion of prescriptive acquisition; each of the judgment deeming the confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
