However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is the father and father of the victim C(M, 14 years of age).

1. 2014. 9. 14.경 범행 피고인은 2014. 9. 14. 22:50경 창원시 의창구 D아파트, 101동 302호에 있는 피고인의 집에서 피해자가 덜 마른 빨래를 갠다고 생각하고 피해자에게 이를 물어보았으나 피해자가 빨래가 다 말랐다고 대답을 하자 자신에게 거짓말을 한다고 화를 내면서 피해자가 개고 있던 빨래 중 수건을 오른 손으로 말아 쥔 채 피해자의 머리 부위를 수회 내리쳐, 아동의 신체에 손상을 주거나 신체의 건강 및 발달을 해치는 신체적 학대행위를 하였다.
