A Imprisonment for eight months, each of the defendants B and C shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Defendant

B and C shall each be subject to the above fine.

1. No person who defendant A shall provide a game product for the use of a game product that has not been rated as impeding the distribution order of the game product, and he/she shall exchange such tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of the game product;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, along with E and F, operated a mutual influorous game hall on the B and 1st floor, with the Defendant’s employment of the Defendant as “the second president,” and the Defendant entered into a lease agreement and registered a game room business under the name of the Defendant, and thereafter, he/she is employed as an employee of the game head C, B, H (Suspension of Prosecution on March 27, 2017) and I (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) and manages the game room. The F Game head is responsible for managing the game room’s funds by employing the name boxes in charge of money exchange business and settling revenues directly after the head of the game room completes, and the Defendant as “the second president” under his/her own name, and conspired to do so as a unemployment owner when entering into a contract for the use of a game and registering and regulating the business of the game room.

Accordingly, from February 11, 2017 to March 13, 2017, the Defendant, along with E and F, set up 40 game machine for “Wer new customers” game that was not classified by the said game water management committee in the above game from February 11, 2017, provided to unspecified customers for use, and, if customers request to exchange points obtained through the game, they exchanged 10% of fees after deducting 10% fees.

As a result, in collusion with E and F, the Defendant provided game water that was not classified by the game water rating committee by the game water rating committee to customers for use, and the customers exchanged the results obtained through the game.

2. On February 13, 2017, Defendant B received KRW 1.30,00 per day in the voice G G of Chungcheongbuk-gun and the game in the first floor as an employee and sent the words of the game site to customers, clean the game site, and customers.
