Punishment of the crime
On March 2, 2013, at around 22:29, the Defendant driven a B-car with approximately 50 meters section from the vicinity of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government sperm to the front day of the same decentralization while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.213%.
