A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than eight months and for not more than four months for a crime set forth in the judgment of the defendant 1 or 2.
Punishment of the crime
On August 3, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Changwon District Court’s branch branch on August 3, 2010; on June 12, 2013, the same court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million due to the same crime; on April 15, 2013, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and sentenced to a suspended sentence on August 30, 2013.
1. On July 8, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) was required to comply with a drinking test by inserting alcohol in a manner of inserting alcohol in four times from the 16:35 to 17:14 of the same day, while driving a motor vehicle at the horse in the state of drinking without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of a string-dong string-dong string store to the front of the string-on string-dong string-dong string-dong string-dong string-on, to the same string-on road. 2. Around 15:10 on August 25, 2013, the Defendant driven the horse friend car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.147% without obtaining a driver’s license from the 100-meter section from the front of the new village convenience store located on the same side of the Dong-si, to the front road of the same side.
3. On August 20, 2014, around 21:15, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim H (ma, 62 years old); (b) who was under the influence of alcohol in front of the Gmunggs located in F on the racing on August 20, 2014; (c) but did not inform the victim thereof.
