1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,825,018 and interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from July 28, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. A confession judgment (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) (Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) is deemed to have led to a confession of all the plaintiff's assertions in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, since the defendant merely raised a formal objection against the plaintiff's application for payment order after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and did not submit a specific written answer
