Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates food distribution business against foreigners.
No person shall manufacture, supply, sell, lend, offer for viewing, or display or keep video products which have not been classified by the Korea Media Rating Board.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, from June 2012 to April 14:00, 2013, kept 34 adult obscene video products, which were not classified from the Incheon Seo-gu Food Warehouse, for the purpose of selling to many and unspecified persons.
