The Defendants respectively.

1. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C’s co-principal was recruited to post the reason for dismissal of the victim on the bulletin board of the said E apartment, stating the reason for dismissal of the victim, even though the victim F was dismissed by the chairperson of the council of occupants’ representatives at the Nam-si, Nam-si, and the victim F was the same.

On June 3, 2015, Defendant A posted a public notice of false content (the contents related to the public notice of the election of the 102 representative election of the same representative) at the residence of the above E apartment 102 Dong 509, and Defendant A, despite the fact that the victim did not manage the matters concerning the actual container construction by himself/herself at the time of the voting, sent a public notice of false content several times, and printed it on a computer to the effect that “the victim, who decided to be a household burden, changed the construction of the actual container to the long-term repair reserve of the entire household alone without the resolution of the council of occupants’ representatives,” and Defendant B and Defendant C signed the above printed notice and made a false notice.

The Defendants, through security guards, posted the above-mentioned notices on the bulletin board of the outside entrance and the first floor of each apartment group, thereby damaging the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.

2. On June 4, 2015, Defendant A posted the same article as the notice described in paragraph (1) on the following grounds: (a) access to the Internet NAV G bulletin board on the Internet NAV G bulletin board; and (b) the reason for dismissal of 101 representative and F (F).

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by divulging public false information through information and communication network with a view to slandering the victim F.
