Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an insurance company that entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with A and B (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) and the Defendant is a road manager at the location where the following traffic accidents occur, who is installed and managed signal apparatus installed in the above part of the road.

B. At around 00:50 on May 2, 2014, Dong C operated the Plaintiff’s vehicle and operated the front road along the intersection of the 176-4 square street in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, through a four-lane radius from the side of the side of the side of the side of the road to the side of the office of Gangseo-gu. Among them, the first signal apparatus and the second signal apparatus are signal apparatus for vehicles intending to enter the intersection.
