1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 50,000,000 to Plaintiff A Co., Ltd.; and (b) KRW 50,000,00 to Plaintiff B; and (c) each of them on July 17, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Part-Time 3 Grounds for Appeal by Publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) were amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, it is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
