1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 75,589,041 and Defendant B with respect thereto from September 16, 2019, and Defendant C with respect thereto.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. The judgment based on the constructive admission of confession only rejected the Plaintiff’s claim without presenting specific contents after being served with the duplicate of the complaint of this case. Since the Defendants did not appear on the date of pleading, they are deemed to have led to the confession of all the Plaintiff’s assertion in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
