The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, it is just for the court below to have found the defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud), which was selectively added among the facts charged in this case, on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. There is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the interpretation of the implementation agreement in this case, the interpretation of the agreement in public offering, the act of deception, mistake, mistake in fraud, and fraud, or fraud, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
