1. On July 14, 2016, the Plaintiff stated in the complaint the date of disposition as July 22, 2016, but written as Gap evidence 14.
In the case of disposition, the Plaintiff is a public official dispatched to the Jeonnam Development Corporation on June 3, 2013 after being appointed as a public official in civil service in 1986 and served as the former Southern Development Corporation B until August 13, 2014.
The procedures for the resolution of the board of directors on housing site development project plan - the amendment of the housing site development project plan and the issuance of bonds shall undergo the resolution of the board of directors on December 23, 2013; however, the resolution of the board of directors shall be made on February 18, 2014, which is after the order of the construction work; with respect to the execution of undue full-time responsible supervision services prior to the compilation of the budget, on December 23, 2013, which was before the compilation of the budget, caused the act of causing expenditure, such as the request for construction and service contracts; the construction ordered by the development project after 209, was directly conducted; the budget of KRW 4 billion was wasted by the implementation of the services despite the securing of supervising manpower; the order for full-time responsible supervision services to be ordered before the commencement of the construction project was improperly divided into 30 billion won, but the defendant was required to organize and operate the committee's 70th evaluation of the budget for the plaintiff's participation in the construction project (the 7th evaluation committee).
