Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, “2017 Highest 3358,” was delivered at “E cafeteria” located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si, operated by the Victim C.

On April 13, 2017, from around 04:20 to 04:30 on the same day, the Defendant opened the back door of the restaurant which was not corrected and intruded into the restaurant, and then stolen the cash amounting to KRW 276,000 in cash owned by the victim and KRW 125,00 in the market price, or the cash custody market price equivalent to KRW 80,000 in cash stored with KRW 25,00 in the market price.
On May 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 19:30 on May 16, 2017, the Defendant: (b) stored KRW 1,500 in cash on the part of the victim G in the vicinity of the F History in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (c) stored the cash in the place; and (d) stolen KRW 1,500 in cash on the part of the victim.

1. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings, and attempted to intrude into the said restaurant before the “K” restaurant operated by the injured party J in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which was operated by the injured party J, and stolen money and valuables, etc., and attempted to open the window on the said restaurant, but the window was corrected, and thus, failed to bring it out on the wind.
Thus, the defendant did not commit an attempted crime even though he tried to steal another's building by intrusioning upon it at night.
2. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 00:35, the Defendant: (b) opened a window not corrected in the said restaurant and intruded into the restaurant into the “N” restaurant operated by the victim M in Suwon-si L, Suwon-si; (c) went into the restaurant; (d) went into the restaurant; and (e) cut into a safe with a cash of KRW 300,000,000, which was kept in the front of the restaurant; and (e) stolen it.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd another person's structure at night and stolen property.
On June 5, 2017, the Defendant used the gap in which there is no victim Q from the main point of "P" located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si.
