The accused shall disclose the summary of the judgment of innocence.
1. The summary of the facts charged is as follows: (a) the Defendant was at the seat of the “C Housing Redevelopment Project resident representatives’ meeting” approved by the Nowon-gu Office on December 31, 2013 with respect to the C Housing Redevelopment Project; (b) competition with the victim D who was the other party; and (c) D was elected to the chairman; (d) thereafter, the Defendant created a “F” for the right holder of the Seoul Nowon-gu E-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E; and (e) took office as the chairman; and (e) had the aforementioned D and

On January 3, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business by sending a false text message stating that “a person who caused the damage to his/her house redevelopment project by spreading money or distributed money or goods to the village with the fact that: (a) the victim did not either mobilized services with a KRW 16:48,00 after forming the said resident representatives’ meeting or spread money or goods to the village; (b) the Defendant’s mobile phone distributed false information to the said E-owner’s mobile phone, including interfering with the victim’s housing redevelopment project business from around that time to November 15, 2014; and (c) interfered with the victim’s business at least three times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
2. On January 24, 2015, the Defendant’s interference with business and defamation listens to 130 persons, including E right holders, in the lecture room in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu on January 24, 2015. However, although the above victim did not intentionally delay the above redevelopment project or intentionally lower the proportionality ratio, the above victim is deemed to have no ability to proceed with the project, and is so far away from the scope of the breabb plan.
