On February 17, 2013, from around 11:00 to 12:00 on the same day, the Defendant filed a complaint against the members including the Defendant in Diplomatic Distribution in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, on the ground that the said Diplomatic E had obstructed the Defendant’s service of the members of E and D Educational Association.
