Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendants, in collusion with D (one-person E) and one-time wounded (one-person F), forged an identification card using personal information in the name of G and intended to obtain money by finding out financial information, such as G insurance money subscribed to insurance companies using the personal information of G and receiving loans.
1. On August 3, 2012, Defendant B received an instruction from Defendant A to color a person who will act as the insured, and around August 14:0, 2012, Defendant B took a copy of Defendant A’s verification photograph necessary to forge the identity card in the name of the insured from Defendant A and a person who was killed in name (F), and Defendant B affixed the above verification photograph to D on the driver’s license in which G’s personal information was written in an irregular manner.
Accordingly, the Defendants forged a driver's license under the name of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, which is an official document, in collusion with D(E) and non-registered (F).
2. On August 16, 2012, Defendant A applied for the examination of the details of the insurance coverage in the name of G to the person in charge of the receipt of the above consumer petition in the 16th unit of H building in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the 16th unit consumer protection department of the 16th unit of H building, and presented as if the aforementioned application was duly constituted.
As a result, the Defendants were in collusion with D (one-person E) and one-person wounded (one-person F) and used a forged G driver's license.
3. Defendant A shall enter “G”, “J” in the resident registration number column, “Seoul K Building 702” in the address column, and “L” in the cell phone column, and “L” in the cell phone column, for the purpose of exercising the issuance of a written inquiry about the details of insurance coverage in the name of G at the same date and place as above 2, and for the purpose of exercising the issuance of a written inquiry about the details of insurance coverage in the name of G.
