Reasons
1. The reasons for this Court’s acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as that of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is just and there is no ground to appeal by the defendants, and all of the appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
