Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, a person running beauty and beauty business in the name of "C" in Osan-si B, and a person intending to run a public health business, was equipped with facilities and equipment prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for each type of public health business and reported to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu. However, from July 2010 to April 30, 2014, the Defendant provided a public health business ( beauty and beauty business) for unspecified customers without any report on installation and maintenance of approximately 8 square meters in the above place.
