The Defendant is the driver of the cargo vehicle B.
On October 18, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol around 22:45, the Defendant driven the freight at approximately 1 km section from the roads around the Gungdong Gungdong Gungdong, Gwangju, to the front road of the Hyundai Hospital, with his/her death, while driving the freight at approximately 0.120% of alcohol level.
