[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

A A enters the National Bank around July 1990, and from February 1, 2012, he/she served as the Vice-President of the National Bank G Branch of the National Bank and takes charge of loan affairs. Defendant B is the head of the High School of the Defendant A, and Defendant C is the operator of the Han cafeteria.
1. Defendant A and B submitted a forged lease agreement to the Defendants who forged a private document and used a falsified lease agreement to use the private document by dividing the amount of loan after receiving a loan from the victim’s citizen bank.
On September 9, 2013, Defendant A forged private documents without authority for the purpose of exercising it at the G branch of the National Bank G branch located in the Homan of Gwangju H, and without authority, prepared a real estate lease contract by using computers to indicate real estate in the form of the real estate lease contract by stating “(103,02, 100,000)”, “sale0 million won (80,000)” in the deposit column, “from the date of delivery to September 5, 2015 from the date of delivery”, “No later than August 9, 2013 from the date of preparation”, “J, K” in the lessor column, “L, B” in the lessee column, “L,” and “N real estate agent column” and “N”, and then arbitrarily affixing the name and seal affixed thereon.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to forge one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of K and N, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
B. Defendant A’s uttering of the above investigation document
For the purpose of obtaining a fixed date for the time and time stated in the port, the above forged real estate lease contract was submitted to the staff of the U.S. law office in the name omitted, and on September 11, 2013, the Suwon District Court in Suwon-dong, Sung-nam Branch Office in Gwangju-si submitted the above real estate lease contract as if the public official in charge of Gwangju-si registry office was duly formed.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to use one copy of the above real estate lease contract, which is a forged private document in the name of K and N.
