1. The defendant shall pay 5,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 16, 2013 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(1) The Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay was reduced by means of service by public notice on April 18, 2013 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act). The Plaintiff’s claim for the payment of the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment (Article 208(3))
