1. The Defendants jointly and severally committed against the Plaintiff as to KRW 263,258,264 and KRW 260,553,46 among them, from October 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the same Act applies mutatis mutandis to the case where the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit for revocation of a fraudulent act against the Defendants other than the instant claims, but withdrawn the lawsuit against the Defendants on January 14, 2020.
