The defendant is a person who operates B-si belonging to the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Development Bank.

On August 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) operated 5.4km up to 5.4km in front of the D hotel located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) operated 55.4km up to 22:59 on the same day with foreign tourists who entered the Republic of Korea around 22:17,00 on August 16, 2015 to the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu Airport taxi platform as passengers; and (c) took advantage of the fact that the actual fare is 57,200 won (including Tolvis expenses) or the victim was well aware of the actual situation of the domestic taxi rate as a foreigner, and took advantage of the fact that the charge is 75,600 won and paid 75,600 won, which is the difference, by taking a card from the damaged person and settlement of 18,400 won.
