Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person driving a BM5 vehicle.
A driver of the vehicle shall not change the course of the vehiclema at a place where safety signs are installed, where any change in course is especially prohibited.
Nevertheless, around November 28, 2016, the Defendant changed course from the actual line at the entrance of the entrance of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, Seongbuk-gu.
