However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

No person shall smoke or take in marijuana or marijuana seed coats, and the defendant shall carry marijuana, its seeds, or marijuana seed coats for the said purposes, even if he/she carries them for the said purposes, he/she handled the marijuana as follows:

1. On February 8, 2016, at around 04:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in such a way as to deduct the initial smoke of one cigarette from the DK7 passenger cars operated by the Defendant, which was parked on the street in front of C, and to infusing the smoke by inserting a large quantity of marijuana into the racker and inserting it into the racker.

2. On February 26, 2016, around 22:00, the Defendant smoked in the above way, within the above 7 passenger cars parked on the street behind the F main point located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, by the foregoing method.

3. On March 2, 2016, the Defendant, for the purpose of smoking or taking in, stored on March 2, 2016, in a storage box for the above K7 passenger cars parked in front of the Busan Northern-gu G, and stored 6.12g of hemp seeds containing its coats in a glass box.

4. On May 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) made a breath of the hemp plant seeds containing its seed coats by mixing it with rice at the I temple located in Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si; (b) taken in the hemp plant seed coats by inserting the breath of the hemp plant seeds containing its seed coats into the rice; and (c) breath of the hemp plant seeds by drinking the breath of the hemp plant seeds by drinking it.
