A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of consulting services related to real estate, real estate management and lease business, etc., and the Defendant is a union that obtained the authorization of incorporation pursuant to the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents for the purpose of constructing multi-family housing and its accessory facilities in the 62-53 Il-dong, Young-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. On May 1, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract with the Defendant to perform the business related to the instant project as a rearrangement project management contractor (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the following details.

- The business name: The business name of this case - The business location of this case - one lot located in 62-53, 62-53, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-gu: the site area of 36,789 square meters (11,128.67 square meters): - The total area of 102,206.84 square meters (30,917.57 square meters): The purpose of use: the apartment and ancillary welfare facilities - contract amount: 33,500 won (excluding value-added tax) per square meter: the total floor area of the apartment and ancillary welfare facilities - the plaintiff shall perform the duties of the following subparagraphs in relation to the contract, and the preparation and processing of documents related to the said duties shall be in accordance with the Act and subordinate statutes related to the Act and subordinate statutes related to the Act and subordinate statutes

(1) Support for affairs concerning the formulation of a management and disposal plan concerning support for the affairs concerning the preparation of a designer and the application for authorization for project implementation concerning the selection of work executor in an implementation plan for a rearrangement project, and support for affairs concerning the establishment of a management and disposal plan concerning support for affairs concerning application for parcelling-out and the commencement of construction works, and consultation and support for matters concerning contracts related to a collaborative company for application for authorization for project implementation, and for dissolution of an association for project execution support under the public announcement of support and transfer for project execution
