1. On July 5, 2016, the Defendant shall assist the Plaintiff with the vice-branch of the Daegu District Court on each real estate stated in the attached list.

Reasons

(2) On April 15, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) and entered into a real estate sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) on April 15, 2016.

After changing the category of the second sale price into “factory”, the second sale price shall be determined by re-assessment of the land whose form and quality were changed into “factory”, and when the Defendant proceeds with a financial institution issuing machinery and equipment guarantee, the loan amount corresponding to the parcel of land whose land category was changed shall be paid in advance as the credit amount of the above real estate (including * week and the Defendant’s additional loan), and the remainder of the loan amount shall be paid to the Plaintiff additionally.

4. Of the second bank loans, a facility guarantee loan from the Defendant’s business funds should be separate from the Plaintiff’s real estate sale price.

5. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid through the sale of divided land for factory, and the sale of “factory” land shall run under mutual agreement between the defendant and the plaintiff.

3. 30% of the Defendant’s shares (including real estate) shall be owned by the president of the Plaintiff E until the enormous amount of the above real estate is fully paid, and 30% of the Defendant’s shares shall be refunded upon the completion of the enormous amount settlement.

4. Until the second purchase price is paid, the interest rate on financial rights in the said real estate shall be fully borne by the president of the Plaintiff E.

In the event of arrears, the balance of this contract shall be null and void, and the occurrence of arrears shall be immediately notified to the defendant.

The plaintiff does not pay any loan interest and arrears separately.
