1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 9,831,621,81 and KRW 4,086,00,000 among them. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 25789, Oct. 20, 2014>
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
However, a claim against the debtor, the obligor, and C is confirmed to be a payment order, and the obligee is deemed to be the plaintiff, and the obligor is deemed to be the defendant.

(a) Against Defendant 1. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) As to Defendant 2: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 and Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Act);
