1. The defendant shall pay 60 million won to the plaintiff and 30% per annum from June 11, 2007 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
According to Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff can recognize the fact that the plaintiff lent 60,000,000 won to the defendant with interest rate of 30% per annum and the due date of payment as of December 10, 2006, and the plaintiff has received interest and delay damages by June 10, 2007.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above loans of KRW 60,000,00 and damages for delay at the rate of KRW 30% per annum from June 11, 2007 to the date of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim for this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
