1. The Defendant’s KRW 166,067,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from October 1, 2017 to May 8, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum until May 31, 2019 and the rate of 12% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment, shall be dismissed.
