Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
Punishment of the crime
On August 14, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Chuncheon District Court on August 14, 201, and was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for six months at the Chuncheon District Court on November 18, 2010. On July 31, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime and completed the execution of the sentence on December 22, 2015 by the same court on July 31, 2015.
1. The crime committed on July 3, 2016;
A. On July 3, 2016, the Defendant, at around 19:20, driven a 20km-ro vehicle without a driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol content 0.131%, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.131% of alcohol level, from the front of the Gancheon-gu House of Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-gu to the front road of the Gandong-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gandong-gu, Gandong-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gan
(b) No person shall operate any motor vehicle that is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said automobile without mandatory insurance as described in the above 1. A.
2. The crime committed on August 22, 2016;
A. On August 22, 2016, at around 16:20, the Defendant driven a car with Dgallon without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 15 km from the front side of the bus stop located in Pyeongtaek-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the road from the front side of the bus stop located in the same Eup/Myeon, to the road.
(b) No person shall operate any motor vehicle that is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said automobile without mandatory insurance as described above 2. A.
On August 14, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Chuncheon District Court on August 14, 2009. On November 18, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jung-gu District Court on November 18, 2010. On July 31, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the violation of the Road Traffic Act.
