1. The Defendant’s executory exemplification of the payment order issued by the Seoul Central District Court 2015 tea 162535 against Nonparty B.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On October 6, 2015, the Defendant, based on the original copy of the payment order indicated in the Disposition No. 1, enforced compulsory execution against each of the items listed in the separate sheet.
B. However, since each of the items listed in the separate sheet is not owned B but owned by the Plaintiff, compulsory execution against the above items must not be permitted.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
