1. The Defendant: (a) against Plaintiff A, KRW 29,387,858; and (b) against Plaintiff B, KRW 19,591,905; and (c) against each said money, May 28, 2017.
1. Basic facts
A. (i) The Defendant is a medical corporation operating the E Hospital located in Yangsan-si D (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
Shebl F (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) is a patient who was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital due to symptoms, such as clothes, from October 14, 2015 to November 9 of the same year, and was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital and received medical treatment, such as an in-depth test. The Plaintiff A is the deceased’s spouse and the Plaintiff B’s children.
B. (i) The Deceased was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital’s Defendant Hospital on October 14, 2015, due to symptoms, such as clothes, mouths, and snows, and was hospitalized under the diagnosis of alcohol acute dystrophyitis.
The deceased was subject to the TT inspection on the day of hospitalization, and the blood dystyping of the size of 3.5 cm with acute dystypitis opinion and 1.6 cm natural ryspining leader was found.
Sheshe followed around October 22, 2015, the Deceased was inspected on the upper occasion around October 22, 2015, and as a result, the Deceased was diagnosed on the epidemitis and chronronitis, and was discharged on November 9, 2015.
C. On July 11, 2016, the result of the examination of the TT on the Deceased, the Deceased visited the Defendant Hospital in order to ensure that, even after discharge, the pre-explosion continued to decrease in the weight of the body, and the Defendant Hospital rendered a decision to transfer the Deceased to the Yangsan National University Hospital on the ground that the Matern No. 1954, as a result of the examination of the TT on the Deceased, the Matern No. 1954, supra, was discovered and suspected of

On July 13, 2016, the Deceased was hospitalized at the Yangsan National University Hospital, after receiving the outpatient medical treatment, and then scheduled the MRI inspection (as of July 21, 2016, the reservation date). On the same day, the Deceased was hospitalized at the Defendant Hospital again in the Defendant Hospital, who was in the same day, and was hospitalized. On the following day, on July 14, 2016, there were no signs of signs, such as the Ambio pulmonon was serious and the chest’s response was confirmed, the Deceased was hospitalized at the Yangsan National University Hospital.
Consolidatedly, on July 21, 2016, the Deceased was inspected by the Yangsan National University Hospital, and the name of the deceased’s diversology is above.
