1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 106,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 23, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff, on October 15, 2012, lent 106,000,000 won to the defendants as of February 30, 2014 on the due date. According to this, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from July 23, 2014 to the day of full payment after the due date, as requested by the plaintiff.
