A is a person who has no fixed occupation.
1) On May 3, 2017, around 08:24, the Defendant, at around 08:24, engaged in annoying and diseasing behavior, by a speech or behavior that interruptss the paths, or embling or making another person walk up for vision, without any justifiable reason, at the front distance of “a comprehensive playground of Kimpo-si” No. 20, a 15, a day-ro, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
2) On May 3, 2017, at around 11:15, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the way on the “C cafeteria” road located in Kimpo-si B, Kimpo-si, without any justifiable reason; (b) makes another person uneasy, and annoyed and diseasyed by the horses or conducts frightening in advance of the “C cafeteria” road in Kimpo-si B.
3) On May 3, 2017, at around 12:02, Kimpo-ro 50-6, the Defendant 50-6, “Sabro 6 children’s park” was unable to avoid disturbance, such as breading sound to others and taking a bath, without good cause, while drunk.
