1. The defendant's KRW 48,00,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from January 31, 2005 to June 30, 2005 to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On November 19, 2004, the Defendant issued and delivered to the Plaintiff a note with the face value of KRW 48,000,000, and the place of payment and the place of issue as Seoul and the date of payment as of January 30, 2005.
