The defendant shall pay 52,487,032 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 28, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(A) Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1)(a) of the Civil Procedure Act apply mutatis mutandis to the case of Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1)2.
