The reasoning of the court's reasoning concerning this case is as follows: (a) evidence additionally submitted at the trial, which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's invalidity of the cause of the establishment registration of the neighboring mortgage of this case or the non-existence of the secured debt; and (b) it is not sufficient to recognize the plaintiff's non-existence of the secured debt; and (c) the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, (d) it is acceptable
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
