재물손괴
A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.
Punishment of the crime
On November 3, 2014, at around 22:20 on November 3, 2014, at “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Defendant destroyed that the entrance glass wall was cut off by drinking and damaged the repair cost of KRW 600,000.
