As above, the Defendant, including deceiving the victim, received KRW 200,000 from the victim’s account under the name of the Defendant, from that time to August 17, 2017, by deceiving the victims on 13 occasions, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form from August 1, 2017, and was transferred totaling KRW 2,325,00 from the victims.

On July 9, 2017, the Defendant reported and contacted the victim E with the content that “as soon as he/she deposits money, he/she will deliver air-conditions upon deposit to the victim E, who had access to the Internet-based building D, the Defendant’s home, the Internet NAV car page, and posted the Defendant’s “as soon as he/she sells air-conditions.”

The phrase “ makes a false statement.”

However, the defendant did not have an air-conditioning so that he did not have any intention or ability to send the thing to the victim even if he receives the payment from the damaged person.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and received KRW 110,00 from the Saemaul Treasury account (F) in the name of the defendant under the name of the victim for the sale proceeds of air conditioners on the same day from the victim, from that time to September 11, 2017, and deceivings the victims as described in the annexed crime list by the aforesaid method until September 11, 2017.
