Defendants are not guilty.
1. The summary of the facts charged is that Defendant A, a woman of Chinese nationality, obtained the domestic status of stay, provided 50,000 won for false marriage bromoer name bropiers, and Defendant B received KRW 4,00,000 from the above bromoer. The Defendants reported a false marriage, and conspired to exercise the status of stay by entering the false fact in the family register of electronic records identical to the original notarial deed in the same electronic records as the original notarial deed.
In accordance with the above public offering, the Defendants prepared a marriage report as if they were married without the intention of marriage, and submitted the name to the public official in charge of family relations in the above Eup office of the above Eup office of which the name is unknown, and made it available to the public official in charge of the above public official in charge of family relations as if the Defendants were married, and made it available to the public official in charge of the above public official in charge of the above public official in charge as if they were married.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to make a false report to a public official to enter false facts in the same electronic record as the original copy of the notarial deed, and exercised it.
2. The Defendants asserted that they reported marriage with the genuine intention of marriage, and argued the facts charged. The following circumstances acknowledged by the records of this case, namely, (i) Defendant B applied for confirmation of acquisition of the health insurance qualification to enable Defendant A to benefit from the health insurance when Defendant A entered the Republic of Korea on June 15, 2011; and (ii) Defendant A resided together in Macheon-si G from June 15, 201 to September 8, 201, which is the Defendant B’s residence; and (iii) from March 201 to July 201, 201, Defendant A entered China, from March 201 to July 201.
