1. The Defendant: (a) from June 15, 2016 to Plaintiff A, KRW 10,126,256 to Plaintiff B, and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. From October 4, 2013, Plaintiff A provided labor under employment to the Defendant from March 1, 2014 to May 31, 2016, and the Defendant delayed payment of wages to the Plaintiffs.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff A 16,951,574, the unpaid wages of KRW 10,126,256, and each of the above amounts to the Plaintiff B with 20% interest per annum from June 15, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the 14th day after the date of retirement of the Plaintiffs.
