The defendant shall pay 27,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from November 19, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The indication of the claim is as indicated in the attached Form of the application for the indication of the claim (i.e., “creditor” as “Plaintiff”; and “debtor” as “Defendant”; and the Plaintiff withdrawn the part of the claim for machinery costs in the application for the alteration of the purport of the claim filed on March 4, 2021). 2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (see Supreme Court Decision 208(3) of the applicable law.
