A. The Plaintiff is a company that owns and operates a nuclear power plant with a view to the development and development of electric power resources and related projects. 2) Defendant Two Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Two Industries”) is a company established for the purpose of installing and remodeling electric power facilities, repairing, developing and selling electricity, supplying electricity and manufacturing control equipment.

3) Defendant Han Electric EsPP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Han Electric EsP”).

2) On October 14, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with Defendant two Heavy Industries for the purpose of checking and maintaining nuclear fuel handling facilities prior to nuclear fuel withdrawal, conducting safety inspection, precision safety diagnosis, and driving service business, etc. (B) On October 14, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with Defendant two-way Heavy Industries to entrust Defendant two-way services with the maintenance business of nuclear power plants operated by the Plaintiff for three years from October 20, 2010 to October 19, 2013, including “the maintenance business of nuclear fuel handling facilities prior to nuclear fuel withdrawal” (hereinafter referred to as “the instant contract for the maintenance business of nuclear fuel handling facilities prior to nuclear fuel withdrawal”).

2) On April 15, 2013, the Plaintiff, for one year from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, as well as the Plaintiff’s report rates operated by the Plaintiff, and the construction contract (Evidence 5; hereinafter referred to as “instant construction contract”) under the terms of entrusting the Plaintiff with the work of “construction works for the light of nuclear power equipment and planning and prevention of project,” including “construction works for the inspection and maintenance of power facilities, nuclear fuel transfer, storage, withdrawal, transfer, and insertion of nuclear fuel,” with respect to new nuclear power plants.
