1. Around 00:00 on August 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) demanded the Defendant to enter a restaurant and drink at the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C restaurant; (b) however, the victim D (V, 49 years of age) who is his/her business owner, “the business of which ends. . . . . . the door is closed, b. h. h.)” was obstructed by the Defendant’s legitimate restaurant business of the victim of 20 minutes in a manner that does not go through the restaurant.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2012. 8. 22. 00:20경 위 ‘C’ 식당에서 식당 주인 D과 종업원 E이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자 F지구대 소속 경위 G, 경사 H에게 “좆 같은 새끼들, 너 나랑 한번 맞짱 뜨자, 좆도 아닌 새끼들이 까불고 있어”라고 큰소리로 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.

3. Around 00:20 on August 22, 2012, the Defendant causing property damage, along with a police officer dispatched to the above “C” restaurant on the ground that the said victim D reported the Defendant, thereby causing a breakdown at the time of the victim’s e-mail automatic glass door twice a week, thereby damaging the repair cost.

4. Obstruction of performance of official duties, injury;

A. On August 22, 2012, around 00:20, the Defendant: (a) 00:20 on August 22, 2012, in front of the above “C” restaurant, and (b) the victim H (36 years of age) who is a police officer belonging to the FF District would remove the victim’s body, booms the victim’s face with his/her head, booms the victim’s spits and spits the victim’s spit at the back seat of the patrol vehicle that is connected with the patrol lane.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the crime prevention, suppression and investigation by police officers H.

B. At around 00:40 on August 22, 2012, the Defendant was arrested in flagrant offenders under suspicion of obstruction of performance of official duties in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F District, and the Defendant’s status.
