1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (including the Plaintiff) are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendant (including the Plaintiff).
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation of this case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. If so, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
